Fees include: CoBrCa Congress scientific updates, newsletters, access to accepted abstracts, participation in the Congress, participation in the best poster competition, the CoBrCa Congress e-Book, Congress material, CoBrCa Congress certificate, free access to CoBrCa Congress Networking Reception and catering during official congress breaks (coffee/tea and lunch) as indicated in the congress program.

*Nurses, Students, Registrars, Residents, Fellows and Allied Health Professionals must provide proof confirming their status, which can be sent by replying to the registration confirmation email you will receive upon completion of the process.

Payments should be made on the registration website by credit card or via bank transfer. Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the fees. A copy of the bank transfer will be required in order to confirm registration. Registration will only be valid upon receipt of full payment.

All cancellations must be in writing by Email. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

Postmarked until July 31, 2025 – 100% refund (minus US$ 50 handling fee).
Postmarked as of August 1, 2025 until August 31, 2025 – 50% refund.
No refund from September 1, 2025.

CoBrCa cannot accept liability for personal accidents, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the CoBrCa Congress. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.

By agreeing to share your information with the CoBrCa Congress, you agree to CongressMed Ltd supplying congress recognized supporters with relevant email and other contact information so long as all rights under the Data Protection Act are not affected.
