Richard Simcock FRCR is a Consultant Clinical Oncologist at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust in Brighton, UK. Richard is also Chief Medical Officer at Macmillan Cancer Support, the UK’s largest cancer support charity, where recent projects have included development of psychological support systems for people affected by cancer across the UK, updated cancer Prehabilitation guidance and Frailty in Cancer guides alongside new initiatives for cancer related fatigue. Richard also has interests in cancer in pregnancy (and is Medical Advisor to ‘Mummy’s Star’) and cancer in older people.
