Requirements for Poster Presentation

• The actual size of the board is 950mm wide x 2000mm high.
• The recommended poster size accordingly is is 841mm (84.1 cm) wide x 1189mm (118.9 cm) high (A0).
• Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors’ names and affiliations as stated in the submitted abstract.
• The text and illustrations should be bold and large enough to read from a distance of 2 meters.

• Posters should be mounted between 12:30-15:00 on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 and removed by the end of sessions on Friday, September 13, 2024.
• Please check the congress website and Scientific Program you will receive onsite, for the poster board. number on which you should display your poster/s.
• Dismantling of posters is the responsibility of the presenter.
• Posters may be prepared on one sheet of paper (preferred method) or alternatively on several smaller sheets – material posters are problematic to hang.
• Material (velcro dots) will be available for the mounting of posters.
• NO tacks or pins will be allowed for mounting of poster
• Please do not write or paint on the poster boards.
