Valentina Ovalle, MD is a Breast Radiation Oncologist at Clínica IRAM and Assistant Professor at Diego Portales University, where she also serves as Program Director for the Radiation Oncology Residency. Her clinical and academic focus includes hypofractionation breast only and breast/chest wall with regional lymph nodes, partial breast irradiation, treatment de-escalation, and patient-centered care. She is Director of the Chilean Society of Mastology and has contributed to the development of national breast cancer guidelines with the Chilean Ministry of Health. Dr. Ovalle completed a postdoctoral fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center and is committed to advancing evidence-based and equitable breast cancer radiotherapy.
