Dr. Natalia Valdiviezo is a renowned Peruvian medical oncologist with over 15 years of experience in cancer treatment and clinical research. Her academic background includes studies at the National University of Piura, Cayetano Heredia Peruvian University, the Spanish National Cancer Research Center (CNIO), and several international certifications in molecular oncology and clinical ethics.
She currently serves as an attending physician at the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases (INEN) and ONCOSALUD, where she leads the Outpatient Chemotherapy Service and actively works as the principal investigator in multiple international phase III clinical trials focused on lung, breast, ovarian, and cervical cancer.
In the academic field, she teaches at institutions such as San Ignacio de Loyola University, San Marcos, and San Martín de Porres University, sharing her expertise with undergraduate and postgraduate students in oncology and palliative care.
She has been a speaker at international conferences and symposia across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, and is the author or co-author of more than 10 scientific publications in high-impact journals such as The New England Journal of Medicine, The Lancet Oncology, and Journal of Clinical Oncology.
